Though this is a more cost-effective packaging, at Sunset Coast we believe in serving your bud the same way you would preserve it at home… in glass.

The storage container matters, so why not plastic?  Many types of plastics can leach chemical odors, this could result in the contents of the package absorbing the smell, making what would ordinarily be a robust aromatic experience lackluster. In addition, plastic can encourage sweating, altering the makeup of a product that takes time to cure properly.

Environmental impact should be another consideration when choosing your packaging. Glass jars are a triple threat when it comes to this; whether you reuse, repurpose or recycle. Who doesn’t love to have a glass jar around for nuts/bolts, spices, storage and art projects? What fills your jar?
